Pregnancy and birth are normal, but they can also be intimidating. Give yourself the tools for success (whatever that looks like for you) by taking a quality childbirth education class offered at Haumea Yoga Studio!

This six-week childbirth education class explores Lamaze International's Six Healthy Birth Practices, offering evidence-based, empowering education so that you can make informed decisions throughout your pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Over the length of the course, you will learn and discuss:

By the end of the class, you will feel confident in your innate ability to give birth, have a community of fellow learners to continue the journey beyond class, and have lots of fun along the way!

As a Lamaze-certified childbirth educator, I have been trained to provide high-quality, evidence-based childbirth education. I truly believe it is the KEY to having a great birthing experience. 

I understand it can be a big investment to pay for classes, so I encourage you to request reimbursement from your insurance provider or use a flex spending card if you have one to pay for classes.
